Fidelity Canada is seeking a passionate leader to join its Human Resources team as Manager, Campus & Student Experience. You’ll shape campus recruitment, oversee student programs, and build partnerships with universities across Canada.
Lead a team of Campus Relations Managers, drive innovative programs, and deliver experiences that attract top student talent while aligning with Fidelity's talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous leadership or people management experience is a strong asset.
- University or college degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, early career programs, university relations, workforce planning, or related fields is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders across diverse groups.
- Experience leading initiatives, programs, or teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Fidelity Canada's campus recruitment and student experience strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Campus Relations Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, faculty leaders, and student organizations across Canada.
- Identify innovative opportunities to strengthen Fidelity's employer brand and attract top student talent.
- Oversee the Fidelity Student Program, ensuring students have a meaningful and engaging experience from recruitment through program completion.
- Develop and implement programs that support student learning, development, networking, and career growth.
- Gather and act on student feedback to continuously improve the overall student experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure student programs align with business needs and future workforce planning objectives.
- Leverage industry best practices, insights, and trends to enhance Fidelity's early talent strategy and programs.
- Support Fidelity's presence at campus events, sponsorships, partnerships, and student ambassador initiatives.
- Translate strategic objectives into practical programs and initiatives that deliver measurable impact to the business.

- Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
- The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
- This role requires travel approximately 10% of the time.

We're looking for a passionate and strategic people leader to join our Human Resources team as Manager, Campus & Student Experience.
In this role, you'll help shape Fidelity Canada's future talent pipeline by leading our campus recruitment and student experience strategy. You'll build meaningful partnerships with universities and colleges, oversee our student development programs, lead a team of Campus Relations Managers, and create experiences that help students launch successful careers while delivering exceptional talent to our business.

- Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $133,000 to $164,000 based on experience and qualifications
