Ontario Health atHome seeks an experienced IT leader reporting to the Vice President of IT and Facilities. This role is key in coordinating IT operations across Project Management, Security, Applications & Development, Service Desk, Collaboration, Configuration, and Network Management, providing operational support to the VP of IT in reporting, scheduling, and communications.

  • Salary: OHaH Non-Union Band 9 - $135,901.37 to $162,272.94

What will you do?

Leadership and Coordination
  • Foster collaboration and high performance across all IT portfolios.
  • Serve as the lead liaison between IT Operations and the broader IT Director team in areas such as Project Management, Security, Applications & Development, Service Desk, Collaboration, Configuration, and Network Management.
Operational Oversight
  • Oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and strategic objectives.
Strategic Support and Planning
  • Align IT operations with organizational goals, develop IT process maps, policies, and procedures, and support budget planning.
Security and Compliance
  • Work with the IT Security Director to enforce security protocols, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Service Delivery and Support
  • Drive IT service quality and coordinate with teams to support smooth project-to-operations transitions.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Operational Support to the VP of IT
  • Prepare reports, communication plans, and support budget and expenditure tracking.

Minimum qualifications include a college diploma in IT or related field, 8-10 years of IT experience, leadership in IT operations, knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL), project management methodologies, relevant certifications, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Preferred skills include experience with multiple IT domains, Agile project management, and bilingual ability (French or other second language).
