As Director, Inclusion - Data, Insights and Operations, you’ll lead the data, reporting, financial management and business operations activities that support the execution of CIBC’s enterprise Inclusion strategy. You’ll build and manage analytics, dashboards, scorecards and performance measures that help leaders understand progress, identify opportunities and make informed decisions. You’ll partner across Human Resources and business teams to translate workforce and portfolio data into clear, actionable insights and reporting. You’ll also oversee budget planning and financial management for the Inclusion portfolio, strengthen reporting routines and controls, and drive continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you’ll help create a more integrated, measurable and effective approach to advancing inclusion across the enterprise. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on‑site, while other days will be remote.
