Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis or a comparable role.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Proven ability to analyze data, data flows, and governance issues across systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define data requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze end-to-end data flows and identify gaps, root causes, and impacts.
• Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, defects, and production readiness activities.
• Support data modernization, migrations, and governance initiatives.
• Communicate requirements, decisions, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist with delivery planning and dependency management.
