Job summary

407 ETR Concession Company Limited, based in Woodbridge, seeks a Director, Highway Operations to provide strategic leadership for maintenance, safety, incident response, winter operations, tolling, and contractor management across Highway 407 ETR. This on-site role requires guiding operations to be safe, efficient, and compliant with the Concession and regulatory requirements.

The Director will oversee planning, budgeting, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Experience with budgets, governance, and vendor/contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for highway maintenance, patrol, and tolling operations.
• Establish and oversee Safety Control Plan and regulatory compliance.
• Lead annual operating and capital budgets and resource planning.
• Direct incident response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with government agencies and stakeholders.
