The Director, GRM, contributes to asset growth and profitability of units in Latin America and the Caribbean by maintaining a sound portfolio of corporate and commercial loans within the Bank's credit policy and local regulations.

This role involves developing and coaching team members, providing training to align risk appetite, and leading projects to improve operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:

Financial:
- Contribute to loan portfolio quality through prompt and sound decision-making on credit proposals;
- Make recommendations to adjudicating levels;
- Improve marginal proposals into bankable deals;
- Monitor application submissions and data accuracy.

Operational:
- Ensure terms and conditions of authorizations are accurate and secured;
- Apply risk assessment guidelines and provide feedback;
- Investigate operational efficiencies and lead change;
- Monitor portfolio quality and industry trends.

Client Focus:
- Support profitable development of credit in assigned areas;
- Model customer service excellence.

People:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments;
- Adapt to change and work in various situations;
- Supervise and develop staff.

Qualifications include an MBA or relevant designation (CA, CFA, CMA), 5+ years in banking with credit experience, strong analytical and management skills, fluency in Spanish, and knowledge of regional economic trends.
