Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments.
  • Manage the AP department including staff recruitment and retention.
  • Design and enforce financial controls to protect assets and prevent fraud (SOX).
  • Develop, measure and report KPIs for the AP team and broader org.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and technology.

You control your future.Job Description:Job SummaryThe Director of Financial Operations leads the AP department to ensure the seamless execution of financial operations, timely payments, and the maintenance of accurate financial records. This role is vital in managing the company’s cash flow, mitigating financial risks, and developing strategies to optimize payment processes. The ideal candidate will mentor a high-performing team, streamline workflows through automation, and foster strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring all transactions are accurate, authorized, and paid on time.Manage the department, including recruiting & retention of staff. Continuously assess and design the organizational chart to handle high transaction volumes, ensuring the right resources are allocated to support business growth efficiently.Design, implement, and enforce the financial and operational controls necessary to protect company assets, ensure accounting accuracy, and prevent fraud.
