  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities while mitigating risk and managing portfolio impacts.
  • Lead a high-performing team and develop a talent strategy that upskills employees and attracts new talent to advance SAP S/4 HANA capabilities, integrated analytics, and generative AI adoption.
  • Manage a global team of SAP leaders and functional experts, driving continuous improvement and promoting knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support professional growth and enhance capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and A&D regulations, security standards (ITAR, DFARS), SOX, and internal controls.
  • Support infrastructure operations to maintain enterprise solutions at scale, ensuring operational coverage for 24x7 business operations, including holidays and weekends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals.
