Responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes, information flows, user journeys, requirements, and acceptance criteria in a clear, structured, and actionable manner.
• Apply a structured approach based on BABOK standards, particularly regarding elicitation, strategic analysis, requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis, solution definition, and value delivery assessment.
• Translate business needs into deliverables that are understandable for technical teams and vendors, while maintaining traceability between needs, requirements, solutions, and tests.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on processes, systems, data, users, and operations.
• Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and items requiring clarification to support decision‑making.
• Prepare supporting documentation, user guides, training materials, and communications necessary for solution adoption.
• Participate in change management activities and support users during transition phases.
