Position Overview

As the Director of Enterprise Asset Management, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of facilities and infrastructure assets. Your strategic leadership will help lower operating costs, enhance customer experience, and extend asset longevity and value, while managing construction and operational risks.

You will lead teams across Facilities Management, Projects and Life Cycle Management, Enterprise Asset Management Maximo, Health and Safety, Quality Management, and Warehousing and Purchasing. Your role involves motivating teams, removing obstacles, and fostering a productive environment.

You will manage programs, vendors, and workforce planning to ensure asset care, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. You will also set the department's vision aligned with the Long-term Investments in Facilities and Terminals (LIFT) Program and other strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We seek a strategic leader experienced in managing complex workloads and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You should have a transformative mindset, understanding airport operations' complexities, and experience in change management.

Qualifications
  • University or College degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or Asset Management
  • Professional Engineer or Certified Engineering Technologist
  • Professional Designation in Asset Management
  • 10-15 years of experience in Asset Management, including strategic planning and operational management
  • At least 15 years of experience in large international airports or similar enterprises with an annual turnover over CAD $500M
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
