Reporting to the Vice-President of Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs, you will be part of the Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs Department. You will lead the energy portfolio of the Corporate Energy and Climate Working Group, developing recommendations on the vision and strategy for energy security and resilience, leading the integration of energy initiatives across the company, and ensuring integration of energy-related reporting into LOM & Budget process. You are responsible for presenting strategic recommendations, action plans & technical guidance to the Energy and Climate Steering Committee and Site/Regional Energy & Climate Action Teams. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Schedule:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the ability to work within the teleworking policy from our corporate office in Toronto, ON. Availability and willingness to travel to difference sites in Canada and abroad is also required up to 40% of the time.
