Job summary

Simon Fraser University’s School of Medicine seeks a Director, Evaluation and Educational Quality Improvement (EQI) to lead the design and implementation of cross‑program evaluation across UGME, PGME and CPD. The role ensures data governance, reporting and accreditation readiness while guiding fidelity, rigour and timeliness in evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field with five years in program evaluation.
• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks in education.
• Experience with data governance and reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance.
