Our vision: Poverty in full retreat, flourishing for all, in Toronto and beyond.

Position Overview

Reports to: Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

Member of: Leadership team

The Director, Donor Growth & Journey leads the strategy and execution of Scott Mission’s donor growth programs—driving sustainable revenue by building pathways that attract, engage, and grow donor participation over time.
