We provide trade execution, clearing, custody and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms. What You Will Do
The Director, Client Integration creates the strategy and process for all new client integration to FCC, to be executed by the Integration team. The role leads a team of conversion services, configuration, operations, and technical specialists who are dedicated to implementing new introducing brokers, portfolio managers, and other clients on to the FCC platform.
This role is fully accountable for the client through implementation stage and post implementation support. Oversees coordination of all internal stakeholders as well as external vendors involved in new client integrations. Defines the conversion methodologies to be utilized for each bulk data conversion and ensures organizational buy‐in.
