What is the opportunity?
Leads the direction, oversight, and delivery of data-driven strategic initiatives, analytics & business intelligence functions within the T&O Chief Operating Office (COO). Reporting to the Sr. Director, T&O COO, provides strategic and operational support to the COO's senior leadership team and collaborates with leaders across T&O and RBC Functions (Finance, HR, etc.) to drive and deliver on data-centric strategic mandates and programs. This role will also enable digital & automation capabilities that enhance the COO organization's effectiveness.
