Base pay range

CA$120,200.00/yr - CA$214,900.00/yr

About The Opportunity

Are you experienced in connecting and embedding organizational culture change within the employee experience? Are you experienced with inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement strategies? Do you have a track record of success with supporting leaders and teams through change? Are you comfortable leading and partnering remotely? If so, this role might be for you.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Lead the holistic team responsible for culture change and values integration, inclusion and belonging, employee engagement measurement and employee connection programs, and team effectiveness.
  • Actively lead and participate in evidence-based culture change strategy and enablement activities.
  • Oversee and manage the employee listening program, including survey design, results interpretation, company-wide action plan, and influencing the product development roadmap.
  • Design and deliver organizational development interventions which may include leader or team assimilations, team effectiveness sessions or projects.
  • Lead and/or consult on enterprise-wide initiatives which require broad employee change management support.
  • Integrate and align projects with our cultural expectations, Values, manager expectations, and business environment, taking into account a systems modelof behavior.
  • Partner with organization design, talent planning, leadership development and learning professionalsto ensure integrated and connected culture and talent success programs and experiences
  • Partner with HR Business partners to enable leader and top team success
  • Partner closely with our internal product team to be Customer Zero- contributing to the listening strategy roadmap with features and requirements for ourselves and ultimately our customers, testing the product, and recommending enhancements.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure the strategy meets business needs, upholds organization development best practices, adheres to global and local legal requirements.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • 15 years experience across talent management, OD, or HRBP roles, including hands-on experience with programs such as culture change and values integration, employee engagement measurement, inclusion and belonging, and team effectiveness.
  • 5 years people management
  • Demonstrated skills and advanced knowledge of survey methodology, psychometrics, and advanced analytics to create sound and actionable measures with practical utility 5 or more years of experience building and deploying global surveys and qualitative listening experiences, taking into account cultural and legal requirements
  • Experience working with senior leadership individually and to positively impact leadership effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels both in written and visual formats and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to establish positive and productive working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft products- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
