This is a one-year contract

About the position

Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Director, CRM will be responsible for managing SSENSE's main sales channels and programs. The person will be responsible for managing the overall email and push notification channel strategy, in addition to managing personalization and customer lifecycle programs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, with a particular focus on performance marketing, data-driven optimization, and program management.

What you will do :

  • Channel Management : Define and implement the outbound channel strategy (email, push notifications), optimize multi-channel campaigns and message integration, and promote a data-driven approach to channel management. Continuously improve our multi-channel solutions to optimize engagement and revenue by collaborating with internal technology teams.
  • Program Management : Lead the personalization program, enrich personalized touchpoints, define customer lifecycle strategies and develop tactics for each stage of the customer journey to support our outbound communication programs to increase online traffic and conversion.
  • People Leadership : Manage and coach the team, foster motivation and engagement, define objectives and promote the department's mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or digital customer programs, including 7 years of previous leadership experience.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing and multi-channel strategies.

Experience with ESP platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Responsys, SFMC, Twilio, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in French and English.
