My client, a public affairs consultancy, is seeking a professional in corporate affairs to join as a Director. In this role, you will collaborate closely with APAC and global leads to spearhead and oversee the expansion of regional business operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive client strategies and action plans to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
2. Ensure the availability of effective teams and resources to support client needs.
3. Provide senior counsel to clients and teams, offering strategic guidance on key issues.
4. Identify and convert opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
5. Provide coaching and mentoring, both individually and as a group.
6. Address and manage team-related challenges proactively.
7. Contribute to acquiring clients, retaining clients, and developing teams.
8. Participate in new business meetings and networking efforts.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
2. Deep understanding of corporate affairs and public policy.
