Job summary

CMiC is seeking a Product Manager for Asset Management to shape strategy, requirements and roadmaps across Purchase Orders, Procurement, Inventory, Equipment and Asset Tracking. You will partner with Engineering, UX, QA, Documentation, Support and Sales to deliver value in construction ERP workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in product management, strong knowledge of construction accounting and experience with ERP platforms such as CMiC, Acumatica, Viewpoint or Sage.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with CMiC, Acumatica, Viewpoint, Sage or other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and ERP workflows.
• Experience with PO, procurement, inventory, asset management and AP workflows.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, QA and customer-facing teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap and success metrics for assigned Asset Management areas.
• Translate priorities into initiatives, epics, user stories and release plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement, inventory, equipment and related accounting workflows.
• Evaluate customer feedback, market trends and competitive capabilities when making recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, Documentation, Support and Sales.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, release notes and internal guidance.
