Job summary

Pier 4, one of Canada's fastest-growing real estate investment firms, seeks a senior sales professional to drive advisor acquisition and AUM growth across Canada, with focus on Asian markets. You will build and manage relationships with financial advisors, deliver compelling product overviews, and expand Pier 4's market presence.

The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, deep knowledge of financial services, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services, wealth or asset management.
• Proven track record in sales targets and business development.
• Experience with Financial Advisors and dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with senior leadership across Canada.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Financial Advisors and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within advisor networks.
• Deliver presentations and market insights on Pier 4's offerings.
• Maintain CRM records and surpass sales targets.
