Job summary
Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Director of Agentic AI and Clinical Trial Platforms to lead strategy and development of AI-enabled clinical-trial capabilities in the cloud. The role combines hands-on AI/ML platform experience with strong leadership to drive scalable, secure, compliant cloud services and governance across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications
- Experience leading AI/data science teams in a tech-driven environment.
- Hands-on design/build/deploy of cloud-based AI/ML platforms, preferably AWS.
- Ability to translate clinical, product, and business needs into platform strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI org including engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Drive strategy, architecture, and development of the AI Agent platform across products and data systems.
- Oversee multimodal AI services involving text, data, audio, and sensor types.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and define outcomes.
- Own translation of capabilities into measurable operational and commercial outcomes.
