ICBA | Independent Contractors and Businesses Association in Calgary seeks a Director, Account Executives to lead Alberta‑based group insurance and employee benefits client teams and ensure exceptional service delivery.
This role provides strategic sales leadership, targets and coaching for account executives, and coordinates with underwriting, claims and client service to drive retention, growth and value for members.

The Director, Account Executives, Alberta is a full‑time, on‑site role based in our Calgary Office, with a focus on leading and supporting group insurance account executive teams serving Alberta. This role oversees day‑to‑day account management activities, ensuring that member and client needs are met through effective delivery of benefits, services, and programs.
The Director provides strategic sales leadership, setting targets, tracking performance, and guiding account executives in business development and client retention.
