The Workforce Optimization team (resource management) is an integral part of the National Audit Service Operations team at KPMG, which deploys various programs focused on centralization, standardization, and automation to help audit teams conduct effective and efficient audits. Workforce optimization involves standardizing and optimizing resources for our firm, the entities we audit, and our staff.
The Director of Technology, Workforce Optimization, plays a central role in supporting software used for resource management, accreditation, audit quality controls, and capacity management. They also assist the related key metrics function.
This role requires close collaboration with IT professionals responsible for maintaining and implementing the platform, the Professional Practice and Audit Learning teams, end-users, and high-level support to ensure optimal use of all workforce management tools. It is a high-visibility position demanding technical skills and leadership abilities to promote proper utilization of current or new tools. Creativity, questioning, and challenging the status quo are essential traits for this individual.
This position requires mastery of written and spoken English. The successful candidate may be called upon to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders at KPMG.
The base salary range for this position is CAD 73,000 to 109,500, with potential bonuses. Compensation is determined based on location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.
