About the Role

The Vice President of Sales will lead and scale Zaddons' sales operations, executing on the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing the Sales team, including Account Executives, Growth Managers, Growth Associates, and Field Alliance Managers. This strategic leader will play a vital role in shaping and executing Zaddons’ go-to-market initiatives, leveraging the company’s positioning within the HRIS ecosystem and supporting rapid customer acquisition. This role requires a focus on optimizing operations, increasing revenue, and aligning with Zaddons’ objectives for direct and partner-generated sales.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible to :

  • Assist the President in developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve Zaddons’ revenue objectives, targeting ARR growth and increased market share.
  • Oversee the implementation of OKRs across the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and continuous performance tracking.
  • Drive sales hypotheses and validate them through empirically structured, measurable sales processes and metrics.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performance sales team, including Account Executives, Field Alliance Managers, and Pre-Sales Experts, building a cohesive sales pod structure.
  • Collaborate closely with the President to align the sales strategy with overarching company goals, including revenue growth through customer acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Work closely with the Partner Manager to align and drive partner-generated opportunities.
  • Drive growth through direct sales, and help refine strategies for each channel to maximize opportunity generation.
  • Lead the growth of sales pipeline opportunities through focused partnership engagement and strategic sales efforts, particularly with Zaddons’ ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Establish scalable sales processes, incorporating data-driven insights to optimize performance across direct and partner sales efforts.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnership teams to create an integrated go-to-market approach, leveraging inbound leads and converting them into MQLs, SQLs, and ultimately new customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs, revenue targets, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, providing insights into pipeline health, deal velocity, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of workforce management, HRIS ecosystems, and experience in managing a sales team focused on complex solution sales.
  • Ease of oral and written expression in French and English (majority English-speaking clientele).

  • Strong collaboration and alignment with the President on strategic objectives, with the ability to lead by example and foster a growth-oriented culture.
