Overview
Reporting to the CEO and a member of the executive committee, the primary role of the Maintenance Director is to plan, organize, lead, and control all activities related to mechanical and electrical maintenance services, as well as engineering projects at the plant. The main goal is to ensure excellent internal customer service, prioritizing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and budget management.
