Job summary

Karis Disability Services seeks a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities live full lives in their homes and communities. You'll support daily activities, respect rights, and promote learning and growth in a welcoming, person-centered environment.

This permanent, part-time role in Leamington offers flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends) and competitive wages ($25.18–$29.46 per hour).

Direct Support Professional(DSP)employeeswork with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully inthecommunity.Direct Support Professionals recognizepeople's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, andtheysupport people to learn skills for their own growth and development.

Permanent, part-time position Direct Support Professional Position in Leamington//
Averaging 16hrs - 34hrs per week//
Shifts may include days, afternoons, night shifts and minimum 2 weekends a month//
Scheduled shifts will vary week to week based on program needs.//
Wage :$25.18- $29.46 per hour//
Residence in Leamington, Kingsville, Comber, Wheatley, Essex, Tilbury Harrow & Colchester will be an asset//
