White Rock Christian Academy (WRCA) is seeking a passionate and organized Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator to join our Senior School team. This position is 50% FTE from January to June 2027, with the potential for the role to continue into the following school year. We are also open to discussing additional teaching responsibilities and course offerings with candidates whose teachable subjects align with our school’s needs, with the potential for this to become a 100% FTE position.
As an IB World School, WRCA is committed to providing a strong and engaging Diploma Programme that challenges students academically while supporting their growth as thoughtful, reflective, and globally minded learners. The DP Coordinator will provide leadership and coordination for the programme, working closely with school leadership, teachers, students, and families to ensure the programme is well organized, coherent, and aligned with IB requirements and WRCA’s Christian mission.
We are looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, relational, and passionate about excellent education. Previous experience with the IB Diploma Programme and/or IB coordination would be an asset. The ideal candidate will be excited to support both teachers and students and contribute to the continued growth and development of the DP at WRCA.
