A day in the life of a Dining Room Server:

You will provide dining services to residents and guests, ensuring high standards of fine dining service. You pride yourself on exceeding expectations by delivering a culinary experience of top quality, consistency, and creativity.

How do I qualify?

What we are looking for:

• Previous hotel experience in a fine dining setting
• Experience with white linen service
• Strong service orientation and knowledge of formal dining room service
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with the public tactfully and discreetly
• Ability to prioritize and respond urgently when needed
• Willingness to obtain Smart Serve or other approved alcohol service certificate if required
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler's Certificate if required
