Baptist Housing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Marrion Village in Oak Bay, Victoria, BC. The role involves delivering person-centered care, medication administration, assessments and care-plan development in a supportive long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized LPN program.
• Current registration with BCCNM in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge including medication administration and resident assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

About the Role As an LPN, you will play a critical role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

You will provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, and the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Working closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team, you will support complex care needs while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will also contribute to wellness initiatives that enhance residents’ quality of life.

By building strong relationships and maintaining accurate documentation, you help foster a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits An hourly wage of $32.84 – $41.35 per hour.
