Stantec is seeking a Digital Practice Leader (DPL) to advance digital transformation within the Energy & Resources Business Operating Unit. This role guides technology strategy, oversees digital teams, and partners with IT and innovation to improve efficiency and client delivery.

Based in North America with regular in-office presence, the DPL leads digital governance, ROI evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration across BOUs while driving innovations in data analytics and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; AEC digital practice preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the digital strategy for the Energy & Resources BOU.
• Oversee digital tools, governance, security, and privacy practices.
• Drive digital delivery, analytics, and AI/automation adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Guide change management and training to embed digital capabilities.
