Job summary

Stantec in Canada is seeking a Digital Practice Leader to advance digital transformation across the Energy & Resources Business Operating Unit, guiding strategy, governance, and delivery of digital initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, partner with IT and the innovation office, and drive data analytics, AI, and secure, compliant solutions for client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; AEC experience preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise digital practice projects of strategic significance.
• Technical certifications relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital strategy for the BOU.
• Lead digital governance, security, and privacy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation and ROI across the organization.
• Oversee budget and resources for digital initiatives.
• Mentor and manage organizational change for digital capabilities.
