Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Consultant, Digital in Mississauga to lead end-to-end digital engagements for mining and metals clients. You will originate opportunities, shape solutions, and drive value realization with delivery governance across multidisciplinary teams.

The role combines consulting leadership with sales and market-facing responsibilities, requiring deep industry knowledge and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid office environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in mining, engineering or computer science.
• 9–12 years of experience in top-tier consulting or advisory delivery.
• Proven selling and delivering digital/Industry solutions in mining and metals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from opportunity to delivery and value realization.
• Originate and close new business while ensuring strong delivery governance.
• Develop client-centric solutions and execution strategies aligned to operational priorities.
• Build and manage delivery teams including internal specialists and external partners.
