Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager, Digital Strategy to lead the digital transformation roadmap for the Global Sustainability Organization. The role requires coordinating digital initiatives, governance, and analytics to drive operational excellence and employee experience improvements.

You will partner with global teams, manage external relationships, and guide AI and automation pilots while ensuring security, compliance, and scalable digital solutions across regions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business technology or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant (EHS&S) experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy: support development and refinement of the E&PS digital strategy to align with enterprise objectives; collaborate with teams to ensure security, compliance, and scalability; prepare materials for reviews.
• Project Delivery: coordinate digital initiatives across GSO; maintain relationships with external partners; coordinate workshops and continuous improvement activities.
• Data & Digital Governance: support platform integrations, API coordination, and vendor engagements; build data foundation with engineers and architects; enforce FAIR principles.
• Analytics & Process Improvement: identify and pilot AI and automation use-cases; track pilot outcomes and prepare scaling recommendations.
