Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Data Domain Lead to drive end-to-end master data management, governance, and quality across global value streams. You will own data standards, dictionaries, and MDG execution while collaborating with ERP, SAP, and Technology teams to enable regulatory compliance and transformation initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape governance forums, and ensure data readiness across multiple domains, with a focus on trusted, fit-for-purpose

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or Business Process Management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing global cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance operating models and stewardship frameworks.
• Experience supporting multiple global value streams and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end master data management across multiple global value streams and regions.
• Define and govern data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee SAP MDG capabilities and drive standards globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable transformation and data readiness across value streams.
• Lead and develop a global team of Data Stewards, Analysts, and Data Governance professionals.
