As we modernize our marketing technology (MarTech) stack and scale personalization, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in developing foundational capabilities and digital architecture that delivers differentiated and personalized digital experiences using best-in-class data and digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Analyst

  • Act as a bridge across business, marketing, and technical workstreams to ensure clear alignment on requirements and technical solutions.
  • Support the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives focused on personalization, digital marketing automation, and modernization.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate data and digital marketing technologies to support business initiatives.
  • Partner with segment marketing and business teams (Retirement, Retail, Wealth, Institutional) to understand requirements and document technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with global teams, such as marketing automation shared services, data office, and other technology or platform teams, to implement solutions involving data and integrations between digital marketing technologies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Develop technical documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, data models, service blueprinting, system architecture diagrams and other relevant artifacts.
  • Support data analysis, testing, and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Utilize Azure Data Lake and other data technologies to support data-driven decision-making and analytics initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of digital marketing technologies, such as Marketo, Adobe CDP and other related platforms, to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data and digital marketing to support ongoing solution development.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain trackers for backlog and activities to ensure delivery within committed timelines.
  • Outline and deploy testing strategies to ensure high quality of output.
  • Ensure transparency and accessibility of documentation related to business requirements, technical specifications, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Contribute to planning and prioritization to identify execution feasibility and enable decision-making.
  • Support overall program cadence and governance to ensure efficient delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide timely updates on initiatives using relevant communication channels.
  • Build strong partnerships with Business, Marketing, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives to democratize digital solutions among business teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business or technical analyst role, preferably involving data technologies and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of data technologies, including Azure Data Lake or similar platforms.
  • Experience with digital marketing technologies such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Marketo, and Adobe RT-CDP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in executive-facing reporting and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Ability to navigate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project tracking tools

Preferred Certifications

  • Degree in technology, engineering, or software.
  • Certifications in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in technical documentation, process mapping, and service blueprinting.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or related.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or related.
  • Understanding of cloud computing environments and services.

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
