The Digital Service Specialist is a key customer-facing position that represents the Vantive brand in clinical and hospital environments. This role is responsible for an assigned territory, providing on-site service and support, traveling to support digital integrations, software interoperability, and multi-platform implementations, ensuring Vantive solutions connect seamlessly with other technologies available in the market. Digital Specialists must be passionate about learning new technical knowledge, embracing challenges, and adapting quickly to evolving digital innovations. They are hands‑on problem solvers, interacting with customers, applying attention to detail, working autonomously, and traveling. This position focuses on providing a positive customer experience, strong communication, and ensuring all service needs are met in a quality and timely manner. It may also perform installation, repair, preventative maintenance, training, and ongoing support across Vantive’s portfolio of medical devices and digital solutions.
This position reports to the Supervisor of Acute and Digital Services, providing technical expertise with multi-platform hardware and software implementations and interoperability projects pre‑ and post‑go‑live across Canada.
The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $85,000 annually. The range reflects anticipated salary for the role, based on market data, location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
