Job summary

Aritzia is expanding its Digital Technology team in Vancouver. We’re seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Omni Analytics to combine deep data expertise with strategic vision, partnering with stakeholders to deliver analyses, dashboards and data models that drive everyday luxury experiences.

You will mentor a high-performing team, apply advanced analytics techniques, and collaborate across functions to turn business requirements into scalable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven analytics experience driving business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into analyses, dashboards and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful insights.
• Strong SQL, Python or R coding skills.
• Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metric.
• Experience with modern data warehouses; BigQuery preferred.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytics workflows and insights.
• Coach and develop data professionals.
• Retail or ecommerce experience is a plus.

As the Senior Manager/ Manager, Omni Analytics, you will combine your deep understanding of our landscape, with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to uncover opportunities that will enable Aritzia to deliver world class every day luxury experiences. THE ROLE

• Partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform strategy, develop roadmaps and t ranslate business requirements into clear ly defined outputs such as analyses, dashboards and data models


• Define measurement strategies and leverage advanced statistical techniques to deliver high - quality insights that drive business outcomes and improve decision-making


• Effectively communicate complex insights to senior leadership , leveraging data visualization best practices and story telling


• Deliver scalable dashboards , data models and reports to enable self-service analytics


• Direct and mentor a high-performing team , providing technical leadership, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven skills, certifications,educationand/or experience in:


• Apply ing technical analytics expertise to business-facing contexts that drive impact


• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions , insights and data models


• SQL, Python or R


• Digital a nalytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metric


• Modern data warehouses , with a preference for BigQuery


• Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows , enhance insights and improve effectiveness


• Coaching and developing data professionals


• Retail or eCommerc e ex perience is considered an asset.


• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles


• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000/year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
