Summary

A career in our Digital Real Estate Practice, within our Real Assets Group, will provide you with the opportunity to leverage specialist expertise in the real estate market supporting ITIM systems modernizations and deliver property management operational services.

As part of our team, you will be involved in real estate matters where we offer various services including operational gap evaluations, systems assessments, operational model design, future state requirements definition, current and future process design, systems design, testing and implementation, post go-live support, provisioning of real estate managed services, and support for the broader real estate and capital projects team. Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Real Estate Managing Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the growth of the digital real estate practice by leveraging the firm’s network and your own, establishing and leading business development initiatives to grow sales.
• Leading our Yardi systems implementation team, developing frameworks and standards across the implementation lifecycle, identifying skills gaps, and supporting practice growth.
• Conducting operational gap evaluations and comprehensive systems assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Defining future state requirements to position real estate operations for growth.
• Creating detailed current and future process designs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, and developing systems design specifications tailored to organizational needs.
• Overseeing testing, implementation, and post-go-live support for new systems to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Growing client relationships through expertise and industry knowledge, guiding clients through business transformations and technology adoption.
• Managing the provisioning of real estate managed services to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participating in deals related to real assets, restructuring, and value creation projects.
• Contributing to thought leadership, proposals, and business development, leading project teams, and sharing knowledge across PwC’s network.

• Experience in preparing complex materials and leading diverse teams, fostering trust, and coaching staff.
• Knowledge in operating model design, system selection, and delivery of operational managed services is advantageous.
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation and real estate industry experience are assets.
• Experience in property management, construction, investment, or financial accounting is preferred.
