Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP is seeking a Project Manager to lead Digital & Technology initiatives aligned with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets across projects from initiation to implementation, and ensure effective governance and readiness for deployment.

Hybrid role with three days in the office per week at 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto. Strong communication and risk management skills, plus 5+ years of PM experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• “5+ years” of project management experience delivering cross- functional initiatives.
• Experience applying predictive, hybrid and adaptive delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and tech teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise initiatives involving business, product, tech, and vendors.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans, governance materials, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned projects with stakeholders and teams to meet scope, timeline and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables (schedules, RAID logs, change requests, budgets).
• Prepare and communicate updates, risks, decisions to sponsors and delivery teams.
• Build stakeholder alignment and support business readiness and transition to operations.
• Track performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and proper handoff.
• Contribute to team practices and share lessons learned across PM functions.
