Job summary

Konrad is hiring an Associate, Digital to coordinate projects across client engagements, guiding delivery from inception to completion.

You will work with design, technology, and strategy teams to keep projects on track, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The role offers hybrid work and exposure to the full digital project lifecycle, including discovery, planning, and execution oversight, with compensation in the CAD market range.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within collaborative design and/or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resource allocation, and project scope with precision.
• Demonstrable track record of effective client communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong passion for digital solutions, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows across agile, fast-tracked deployments to multi-phase projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Drive day-to-day operations across Design, Technology, and Strategy teams.
• Coordinate internal and client meetings, capture and track action items.
• Identify potential risks and work with leads to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support development of deliverables for a diverse client portfolio.
• Synthesize client feedback into actionable next steps.
• Facilitate workshops and project planning sessions.
• Prepare status reports and client-facing documentation.
