Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Our client, a large financial institution in Canada is looking to hire a Digital Product Owner for an initial 8-month contract position with a strong chance of extension.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Creating new ideas to improve customer experience
• Developing business cases with internal stakeholders
• Using the HCD approach for product development
• Leading the team in maintaining performance against digital KPIs
• Sharing product dashboards and reports
• Launching new digital services
• Directing the team
• Gathering necessary requirements

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Digital marketing experience (web analytics, SEO, campaign management)
• Experience using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Owner
• Knows how to use UX
• Excellent communication skills and can communicate any business needs and visions to management and stakeholders
• Prior experience in the financial industry or knowledge of mortgages and loans
• Experience using Salesforce
