Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a Manager to join our Digital Performance practice in North America. You will lead projects delivering digital transformation and analytics for issuers, merchants, and co-brand partners, driving sustainable growth through data-driven insights and innovative tools.

The role requires building frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MS/MBA/JD/MD preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in consulting, analytics, software development, or digital agency settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations focused on digital engagements.
• Build solutions and actionable insights to help clients grow and meet objectives.
• Partner with peers in merchant sales, marketing, risk, and other regions to execute projects.
• Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance and strategic priorities.
• Manipulate and analyze large data sets to derive meaningful client insights.
• Build scalable tools, handbooks, and consulting methods applicable across VCA.
