As an EAM and Asset Management Manager, you’ll:
  • Lead the transformation of clients’ physical asset management by challenging the status quo, reimagining processes, and realizing new technologies’ potential.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting projects across different clients, involving various resources and teams.
  • Oversee engagement teams to produce high-quality deliverables on time and within budget, aligned with client expectations and standards.
  • Identify and discuss key issues with clients to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in pursuit teams and proposal development, creating innovative approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively manage client and vendor relationships.
  • Support broader practice strategies and the development of new consulting offerings.
  • Focus on the Canadian industry while being part of the global PwC community of solvers.
  • Develop our team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
  • Stay updated on industry developments locally and globally.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, white papers, and conference presentations.
  • Communicate complex material effectively to diverse audiences.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve problems
  • Extensive experience demonstrating knowledge of strategy, operations, and technology in asset-intensive sectors such as energy and manufacturing.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in functions like plant operations, network operations, asset investment planning, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with applications like IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle, ESRI, Hexagon, and GE Predix.
  • Leadership experience in management consulting.
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients through expertise and operational knowledge.
  • Proven track record in managing large business and IT transformation projects with significant results.
  • Capability in business development, proposal writing, and securing project extensions.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster diverse perspectives.
  • Commitment to diversity, coaching, and inclusive team development.
  • Fluency in English; French is an asset.
