Job Description

Division : Special Markets | Status : Temporary 13 month contract | Location : Vancouver | Working Conditions : Hybrid, minimum 2 days in office per month | Desired start date : As soon as possible

Are you a Digital Marketing professional looking for your next challenge? In this role, you will create and maintain our Special Markets websites and web forms. You will analyze requirements, translate them into digital marketing collateral, and monitor/update customer-facing content on iA Special Markets' digital platforms, ensuring brand compliance and risk mitigation. You should have knowledge of Sitecore, web analytics, and web form creation.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage simple campaigns for standard groups, products, or offers.
• Create templates for campaign landing pages or microsites.
• Maintain websites and web forms, set up redirects in Sitecore, and audit work for standards compliance.
• Provide technical support for Sitecore, Google Analytics, and web forms.
• Develop requirements for new website/web form functionalities, update or expire existing sites, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform testing post-release, track key metrics, and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with teams on digital projects, improve content management, and create documentation and training for Sitecore users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of digital project-related experience.
• Knowledge of website technology, Sitecore, Google Analytics, HTML, SEO, mobile responsive design, and AODA compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of Group Insurance is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, pivot priorities, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to train staff and verify work quality.

Compensation

The typical salary range is from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, based on location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
