About the opportunity…

This position is responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, creating and managing social content to support marketing initiatives, and optimizing marketing funnels to improve sales and company recognition. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with dealers and support marketing updates
  • Update monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites
  • Coordinate with graphic artists, journalists, and videographers to complete initiatives
  • Perform website updates
  • Act as the point of contact for all marketing-related activities
  • Develop an annual advertising schedule for each dealership, including Parts, Services, and Sales
  • Plan and execute web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Brainstorm new growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate on landing pages and user experience optimization
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across channels
  • Identify critical conversion and drop-off points to optimize funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Maintain contracts, receipts, and invoices; communicate with dealership managers on invoice requirements; review reports with management

About you…

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience in retail, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, social media, and website analytics
  • Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail, organization, and strategic thinking
  • Professionalism and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivation and passion for excellence
