We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Canada and the United States. This role focuses on marketing automation, CRM management, data enrichment, and collaborating closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Database Management
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for marketing use, including lead segmentation, data hygiene, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Enrich lead and account data using internal processes and third-party tools to improve targeting and reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of the marketing database, ensuring accurate and actionable data for campaign execution.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences using HubSpot.
  • Set up landing pages, forms, and list segmentation to support inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Implement lead scoring, routing logic, and email workflows to support timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance monitoring.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track campaign performance and lead progression.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, messaging, and target audiences.
  • Participate in campaign planning, offering input based on marketing system capabilities and audience insights.
Web & Online Store Maintenance
  • Update website content including blogs, landing pages, product information, and contact details on the WordPress site.
  • Ensure all WordPress plug-ins are updated and functioning properly.
  • Maintain and update product listings on the Shopify Plus store.
  • Monitor and report on store performance using Shopify analytics.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on CRM, data, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficient in HubSpot for email marketing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and data enrichment.
  • Experience building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Comfortable managing multiple marketing systems and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for emails or landing pages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working across both Canadian and U.S. B2B markets.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., CASL, CAN-SPAM).
