We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who draws inspiration from our roots, is results-driven, and loves thinking big to join our journey.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (eCommerce), the Digital Marketing Specialist will support Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO initiatives to increase conversions and revenue in Canada and the U.S. This role requires collaboration with Brand Marketing, Creative teams, and external agencies to optimize strategies for traffic, engagement, and conversions across DTC channels.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and passionate about making a measurable impact. They will also improve go-to-market processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

Paid Media (50%)
  • Contribute to revenue goals, strategies, and KPIs for Paid Media campaigns.
  • Execute go-to-market deliverables, including briefs, checklists, calendars, and asset plans.
  • Coordinate asset creation, review, and approval processes with internal and external partners.
  • Manage campaign performance dashboards using Google Analytics and vendor reports.
  • Assist in building campaign reports, analyzing performance, and recommending optimizations.
  • Ensure all paid assets meet user experience standards from click to product pages.
  • Analyze market trends to optimize media plans and identify new opportunities.
Affiliate Marketing (30%)
  • Support revenue goals through affiliate marketing strategies and KPIs.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partnerships.
  • Communicate with affiliate partners, providing support and performance feedback.
  • Optimize existing relationships for higher engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate creative assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance for continuous improvement.
SEO (25%)
  • Collaborate with SEO consultants to leverage SEO and SEM synergies.
  • Support content strategies, keyword research, and competitive analysis to improve rankings.
  • Monitor SEO trends and implement innovative strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and search engine updates.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, and knowledge of affiliate marketing and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and industry trends.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop visually aligned assets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
