Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Website Management:Maintain and optimize the WordPress website, ensuring security, performance, and seamless functionality.
  • SEO & Google Rankings:Develop and execute SEO strategies, optimize content, and monitor site performance to improve search visibility.
  • Google Ads & Paid Campaigns:Manage and optimize Google Ads, track performance, and refine strategies for better ROI.
  • Content Creation:Develop blogs, newsletters, social media content, and graphics, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Creative Strategy:Bring forward innovative ideas and marketing strategies to enhance digital engagement and lead generation.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:Analyze website and campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Technical Oversight:Manage integrations, plugins, hosting, and site security to ensure stability and efficiency.

Education:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or WordPress management are highly beneficial

Qualifications:

  • Clean criminal background.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proven experience managing WordPress sites, including plugins, security, and performance optimization.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong background in content creation, including blogs, newsletters, social media, and graphic design.
  • Experience using data analytics to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement.

Skills:

  • Skilled in tracking and analyzing performance metrics to refine marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, SEO tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills for blogs, newsletters, and social content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Work Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling, with the potential for full-time or part-time hours based on the candidate’s experience and role requirements. Work hours will fall within office operations, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
