Supporting the business through planning and execution of digital marketing programs, supporting the development of the ecommerce platform to drive store traffic and sales, maintaining the digital listings and communication tools, and contributing to the overall adoption of the OK Tire Program amongst our network of dealers are some of the over-arching responsibilities.
Ready to roll up your sleeves? Here’s what you'll be tackling
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute B2C and B2B program launches, as well as regional and national campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital channels and brick-and-mortar locations
- Build and enhance the dealer website pages to grow the digital presence and drive traffic to store
- As required, supports the coordination and automation of the Coop program, coop budget listings, and processing of coop claims
- Supports the execution and deployment of the regional newsletters
Ecommerce Platform
- Project Manager / Product Owner for continued website development and eCommerce implementation; work directly with internal and vendor partners to streamline communications, consolidate feedback and maintain project timelines
- Manage and maintain the company website, including all images, copy, tools, and content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
- Report & analyze eCommerce sales results and adjust merchandising / digital strategy as required.
- Merchandise product and brand pages to promote best-selling and improve loss leader SKUs
- Project Manager / Product Owner for continued development and implementation of the company intranet; work directly with internal and vendor partners to streamline communications, consolidate feedback and maintain project timelines
- Supports new digital marketing and data-driven initiatives, including reporting and analytics, social media, email, blog and content development, SEO
Communications
- Maintain and update both the internal / external customer communication database
- Maintain up to date knowledge and ensure adherence to CASL compliance standards
- Coordinates the execution and deployment of corporate communications to both internal and external customers
- Support the maintenance and updates of the annual conference registration and communication website and app to ensure accurate and timely information delivery
Qualifications & experience we are looking for include;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field or equivalent practical experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role
- Solid understanding of ecommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- UX design experience an asset
- Experience working with agency partners and external vendors
- Project management experience an asset
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently to all levels including internal and external customers (fluency in French is an asset)
