We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our marketing department, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategically navigating and optimizing various digital channels, including SEO, website management, email, organic and paid media, and more. This role will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive business growth.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience across a broad range of digital channels and thrive as a “jack of all trades” who can effectively balance strategy with execution. This individual will also bring strong creative thinking and a collaborate mindset to help generate innovative ideas that support marketing objectives. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Calgary, AB. Please note that relocation services are not offered. This is an individual contributor role and does not include managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

·Implement and oversee the optimization of all digital channels and contribute to the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overarching marketing and business objectives.

·Conduct technical SEO audits and enhance site structure and on-page performance, increasing search engine visibility and organic traffic.

· Manage the company website, including supporting a full redesign currently in collaboration with an external digital agency; oversee ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement to ensure best practices, performance optimization, and effective lead generation.

· Create and schedule compelling content for organic social channels, building brand awareness and engagement with target audiences through thoughtful content planning and execution.

·Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google, by monitoring budgets, evaluating performance, and making data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.

·Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and optimize paid media landing pages that drive conversions.

·Plan, execute, and refine email marketing effort, leveraging audience segmentation and A/B testing to drive engagement and support business goals.

·Craft persuasive copy for various digital platforms, including websites, emails, social media, and paid campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

·Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to inform and enhance marketing strategies.

· Analyze performance data and produce regular reports with actionable insights to support ongoing campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.

·5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, website management, email marketing, organic social, and paid media in finance, wealth management, asset management, professional services, B2B, or adjacent industries required.

·Proven experience managing website optimization and collaborating with external vendors or digital agencies considered an asset.

·Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation platforms, SEO tools, and project management software considered an asset.

·Ability to lead both the strategic development and hands-on execution of digital marketing initiatives.

·Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a high attention to detail and consistent brand voice.

·Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data using tools such as Google Analytics.

·Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

·Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

·A collaborative, adaptable team player with a passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement.
